Automation Service Use

MOKADEM GROUP LLC operates the Mokadem Group portal. These provisions describe authorized use of the current service. A customer's separate agreement must set the scope, commercial terms and any service-level commitments before paid work starts. A demonstration does not create an order or a guaranteed result.

1. Your workspace and enabled services

An authorized business customer chooses the services actually available in its workspace, such as WhatsApp, email, CRM, Calendar and related automation. Disabled services must not be used for that workspace. Country, language, hours, knowledge, operating mode and action rules are configurable within the supported features. The current primary hosting is in the United States; a customer's country does not automatically select a local database.

2. Accounts, permissions and information

The customer must control or have permission to use its business number, messaging account, email domain, CRM, calendar and supplied documents. It authorizes official integrations and may revoke them. It determines its users, roles, permitted purposes, communication preferences and retention instructions, and informs people whose information is processed.

Use the designated secret-entry controls for integration keys. Do not submit passwords, tokens, PINs or unrelated sensitive information in conversations, public documents or review videos. Do not access another workspace, send unlawful or unsolicited communications, interfere with the service or attempt to defeat security controls.

3. Automation modes and verified results

Shadow, Draft and Active are different modes. Draft holds applicable automated actions for operator approval. Active permits actions only when service selection, permissions, customer confirmations, messaging rules, budget checks and human handoff rules allow them. Customer confirmation rules can be configured; their flexibility does not bypass authorization or provider-result checks.

A proposed action, queued task or connection badge is not proof of a delivered message, a booked appointment or a completed CRM update. The provider result and portal history indicate actual execution. AI proposals can be wrong or incomplete: provide reliable business knowledge, review uncertain cases and keep an appropriate human escalation route.

4. Connected providers and channel rules

Enabled functions depend on providers including Google Cloud, Neon, Meta, Resend, HubSpot and Google Calendar. Their terms, quotas, fees, approval requirements and outages also apply. Meta business verification, App Review, template approval and WhatsApp Business coexistence are separate processes; none should be represented as completed before it is actually approved or tested.

The customer must respect applicable consent, opt-out and messaging restrictions. Transactional communication does not automatically authorize marketing. Order, shipment and payment facts must come from a real authorized source; sample shop templates are not a live commerce integration.

5. Support, backups and departure

Contact contact@mokademgroup.com for support. The supported architecture includes encrypted database archives and an independent deletion register. Those mechanisms do not by themselves create a contractual recovery-time or availability guarantee.

Workspace export, account revocation, offboarding, deletion and provider-specific limitations must be addressed in the customer agreement and the privacy notice. Restored data requires deletion checks before service resumes. Deactivation is not equivalent to deleting every provider record or backup immediately.

6. Separate commercial agreement

Before a paying customer begins, its agreement must specify pricing, currency, applicable taxes, third-party fees, usage limits, support coverage, billing, cancellation, data-processing responsibilities, international transfers and dispute arrangements. No price, refund rule, governing law, uptime percentage or guaranteed approval time is created by this page.
