MESSAGING · UPDATED SEPTEMBER 20, 2026
Messaging Policy
Mokadem Group may help business customers configure email, WhatsApp and related workflows. The business sending a message is responsible for its customer relationship, the accuracy of its content and the permissions needed for its use case. The applicable customer agreement defines what Mokadem Group operates.
Purpose and permissions
Messages must have a legitimate business purpose and follow applicable laws and provider rules. A transactional update should relate to a request, purchase or service relationship. Marketing is separate: the sender must use the permission and opt-out process required for its audience, location and channel. A contact detail alone does not authorize every kind of marketing.
Opt-out and support
Marketing messages must provide a practical way to stop them, such as an unsubscribe link, a reply instruction or a direct request to the sender. The sender should honor opt-outs and maintain suppression records. If a customer message includes a service issue or request for a person, the business should provide a human contact route. For an order or appointment, contact the business that sent the message.
Provider rules
WhatsApp templates, conversation windows, email authentication and provider restrictions may affect what can be sent. We may decline to configure a workflow that would violate applicable rules or a customer's agreed scope. This page is not a substitute for a customer's own customer-facing notice.
