Acceptable Use Policy

Customers using a Mokadem Group service must do so lawfully and honestly. A customer agreement may add service-specific rules.

Prohibited uses

• Fraud, deception, harassment, threats or unlawful discrimination.
• Spam, unlawful marketing, purchased contact lists used without permission or attempts to avoid an opt-out.
• Malware, credential theft, unauthorized access or interference with systems.
• Content or conduct that infringes others' rights or violates a connected provider's rules.

Response

Where necessary and consistent with the customer agreement, we may investigate, limit or suspend an affected service to address abuse, security risks or legal requirements. Questions or reports can be sent to contact@mokademgroup.com.
